Quick Steps
Prevent Snapchat access while keeping the rest of the phone usable.
1) Install MindGuard
Open the App Store on your child’s iPhone and install MindGuard.
2) Guided setup
Open MindGuard and complete the permissions checklist.
3) Enable “Block Snapchat”
In Apps, toggle Block Snapchat. The app and key endpoints are blocked immediately.
4) Confirm
Launch Snapchat to verify it doesn’t load.
Additional Controls (Optional)
Lock down embeds or backup domains if necessary.
Common hosts
If needed, add Snapchat-related hosts under Custom URLs to stop previews or web access.
Scheduled checks
Periodically verify the block after app or iOS updates.
